The Heart Beneath the Hood
We’re Teri and Mekena—a mother-daughter duo bonded by a shared love for vintage things, strong coffee, and the occasional heated debate over who spotted the better antique first.
From vintage markets to roadside barns, we’ve spent years picking through the past—finding beauty in rust, stories in dust, and charm in the perfectly imperfect. Together, we’ve collected and sourced for The Little White Cottage, our antique shop in Snohomish, where we curate timeless pieces for people who love a good backstory (and a well-worn patina).
Naturally, we fell in love with old trucks too.
We each bought our dream rigs—a 1950 Ford F1 and a 1979 F250 Camper Special—and rolled up our sleeves (mostly our husbands sleeves) to bring them back to their glory days. A little grease, a lot of elbow work, and plenty of laughs later, they’re road-ready and photo-perfect.
What started as a personal project has become The Pickin’ Pair—a place where others can enjoy these classics as much as we do. Whether it's for a photoshoot, a film set, or a special event, our trucks aren’t just props—they’re history on wheels, waiting to be part of your story.
